Muraka Mojito
INGREDIENTS
1 passion fruit
1 Tbsp light brown sugar
mint leaves
30 ml rum
a sprig of mint, a wedge of passion fruit for garnish (optional)
METHOD
- Spoon out the flesh of a passionfruit and add to a tall glass.
- Add a tablespoon of light brown sugar, a few fresh mint leaves and 30ml rum.
- Mix (muddle) the ingredients together with the end of a spoon.
- Add crushed ice on top, and top up with a few splashes of soda water.
